Flap Steak - Tasajo

Tasajo Montevideo is made from high value, lean beef cuts, specially selected for their flavor and tenderness. The refrigerated meat is then salted, macerated and cured, and finally set to stay for a stationing period in order to dehydrate it up to 50% of its original weight.
